Darren Criss was introduced in the second season of Glee as Blaine and became a hit right away because of his rendition of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream". This was not his first appearance in lime light, he was also included in a Harry Potter Musical, which was posted in You Tube and gathered numerous views too.
And why is that he is close to the Filipino people, it is because he has Filipino roots too. His mother is a Filipino while his father is an Irish, so here's another Filipino pride in action besides Charice!
