Bon Chon Chicken, Ayala Triangle Gardens

Bon Chon Chicken is currently launched here in the Philippines this year, where as 8 years ago, it just pioneered in South Korea and 4 years after in the US. They brand their chicken as a Korean fried chicken which is different to the usual American chicken because their chicken is fried twice, making it  less greasy but crunchy.

The place was designed minimally even the space is minimal too so avoid eating here after office hours or might be early or else you might want to have it picnic style.

Chicken was their specialty that comes in 2 flavors, the Soy Garlic and the Spicy Soy Garlic, since I was with my younger cousins, I opted to order the former. I ordered the small chicken wings, Php 185 for 6 pieces and medium chicken drums, Php 365 for 6 pieces too. I should have had ordered rice but I didn't, maybe next time.

The chicken pieces are not that big unlike from the Mickey-D's, the Hut and the Bee because wings here are barely wings, which not includes a small portion of the chicken's breast and the chicken drums doesn't come with the thighs.

It was different from the usual fast food fried chicken because of its moisture from the sauce, on how it is prepared and that gravy and ketchup is not an option. They also have other products besides from chicken and they also have value meals too.

So if you are already fed up with the usual, try this one! c",)
