Jumbo Kingdom Palace, Manila

Jumbo Kingdom Palace, Manila is just now part of Manila's rich cultural history. Brought in Manila by two tugboats from Aberdeen Harbour in Hong Kong, it was dubbed as a "floating casino" during the term of former Philippine President Joseph Estrada.

I only saw this Jeepney Tours on one of the episodes of Mel and Joey. I thought they are just an ordinary transportation company that offers transfer from one place to another with a twist because of their on-board videoke and the use of an air-conditioned jeepney.

Gelatissimo Cafe, Greenbelt 5

While strolling at Greenbelt 5, my friend Karlo and I passed by this ice cream shop located near the elevated walkway across the Ayala Museum. People are flocking to the area where the gelatos are displayed.

Recipes, Greenbelt 3

Recipes is a Filipino restaurant, having a menu that has been perfected to suit your taste buds. I had eaten here once and I had tried their signature dishes like the General's Chicken and the Gising Gising, which is really great.

Conti's: Mango Bravo

Since its my parent's wedding anniversary, I encouraged them to try the cakes from Conti's, specifically the Mango Bravo.

ToHo Restaurant Antigua

It was my parent's wedding anniversary and we decided to have dinner outside. My father suggested this place in BF. It was called the ToHo Restaurant Antigua. It was so amazing that this restaurant was since 1888. The original ToHo was in Binondo, Manila but it was renamed the New Toho Food Center. This is considered as one of the oldest restaurants in the Philippines and was made famous because of their noodles and many other unique dishes.

Conti's: Assorted Pastries

I never tried these pastries before but Christmas season came and one of our neighbors gave us one. On the day it was given to us it was already consumed right away.

Mountain of Salvation

I was invited by my Aunt to go to this place located at the top of a mountain. It was called the Mountain of Salvation. When we reached the place, we have to park our car far enough from the venue because there are no parking lots available for those who wants to visit the place. So we just parked our car beside the dirt road. The road was still in progress and it was just dug from the ground.

Musicfest 2010: Boyce Avenue, Jabbawockeez, Kris Allen

Three performers on one big event. Fearless Productions became famous because they are the people behind the back to back concert of David Cook and David Archuleta in Manila. Now, Fearless Productions is back with Boyce Avenue, Jabbawockeez and Kris Allen.

Fanta: Strawberry

Remember this drink? It was introduced in the early 90's with several flavors to choose from like lime, strawberry, grapes and green apple but eventually was removed from the local market. I was made famous because of its commercial ad involving ants.

Mt Samat, Bataan

I never knew that the cross in Mount Samat was very huge unless I have seen it personally. This cross is considered as a tourist spot here in Pilar, Bataan because of its historical value and was built as a war memorial of the American and Japanese occupation.
