Mario's is a fine dining restaurant which has only two branches in the Philippines. One could be found in Quezon City and the other is in Baguio City. Its specialties are ranging from American steaks to some Spanish cuisines. This is one of the places people go to celebrate special occasions.
For appetizer, we had Surtido De Tapas (PHP 355), a platter of spicy chicken wings, drunken shrimps, fried squid rings, and Spanish chorizo with three sauces, garlic-vinegar, sofrito and alioili.
Rack of Lamb (PHP 550), charbroiled served with port mint sauce. This is soft to chew and heavy to the tummy.
Salpicon De Mar Y Tierra (PHP 425), shrimps and tenderloin cubes sauteed in olive oil, garlic and chilies on bed of garlic rice. So flavorful and tasty.
Mario’s Broil, charbroiled fillet of beef, laced with peanut sauce and topped with crisp onion rings.
Pot Roast Beef, with potatoes and vegetables.
Since their specialties are more on meats, you could also choose from their mini wine cellar to compliment it with their food. c",)
