Cebu: Pintos

Have you been to Cebu and seen this or tasted it? It seems like a suman (rice cake) at first. But out of the curiosity of my mother, we tried to bought some. It was wrapped in corn's skin and looks like a bread.

One food that you could try in Cebu is Pintos, particularly in the town of Bogo. Pintos is a local delicacy that is made of ground corn. It tastes like Maja Blanca (coconut cake). It costs PHP 5 each. This is the reason why they have the Pintos Festival in Cebu.
