Waking up late and running out of time for our flight back to Manila makes us cram for a fast food to munch on but we also like to try foods that could only be found here so we end up just having snacks since the flight is only less than one hour.
The original plan was to try the different kind of foods within the island and Halowich is one of them so we gave it a try. It is located at the famous D'Mall. It was so inviting because of the vibrant color of red for its interior and they also have food display through their window showcasing their products. It ranges from fruit ice, pocket sandwiches and shakes.
We ordered the Couple Ice which I think costs PHP 299. It is made up of mangoes, watermelons, melons, pineapples, red mung beans, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, cornflakes and cherry on top.
For the pocket sandwich, I tried tuna. The price for the pocket sandwich depends on the flavor, it ranges from PHP 90 to 100. It was full of veggies, instead of the meaty stuff and I think it's expensive for its quality.
This reminds me of Ice Monster and Plato Wraps. c",)
