I usually passed by Chatime when I walk through the Landmark bridge beside French Baker and it usually have long queues because people are curious on what Chatime could offer since the tea and fruit juices here in the Philippines is at its boom.
Here's the massive list of products they have. It's really hard to choose because most of them are not the usual tea flavors that the Philippines have. You could choose on how many percent your ice and sugar that goes with your tea. Don't forget to add some toppings like pearls or grass jelly because its not included as a part of your drink, you have to shell out an additional Php 15-20 for the toppings.
After ordering they would hand this gadget to you, which lights up and vibrates when your number is called and your drink is ready for pick-up. Too bad there's no much space for the people to wait and they already took the tables and chairs for the French Baker's customers. I think they should also rent the other side of the bridge as well.
I got their best-seller first on their list, which is the ChaTime Roasted Milk Tea (Php 85, Large) with less ice and 30% sugar with no toppings. I didn't know that the toppings are not yet included with the tea. I'm so noob!
There was a bitter taste at first because of the roasted touch of the tea but would be bearable enough to drink. I'll try other flavors soon when I'm within the vicinity. I would like to try Happy Lemon but they are still just available at the northside of Manila. c",)
