Palm Grove Hot Springs & Mountain Resort

Have you ever wondered if you could swim somewhere near the cold city of Baguio? Then why not go down to Asin, Benguet and try the Palm Grove Hot Springs & Mountain Resort. The weather here is warmer than Baguio city and the view of the mountains are great.

This place is a great venue for family reunions, company outings or simply getting out of the busy streets of Baguio city. The entrance fee for adults is PHP 100, children below 4 feet is PHP 50. Picnic tables could be rented at PHP 200 and Gazebo/Kiosk at PHP 800. They are strictly implementing a proper swimming attire for swimmers which includes no wearing of pants, shorts and anything with buttons and zippers. If you happen to forget your swimming attire, you could buy one from there store or you could rent one for PHP 50.

You could also rent some rooms if you plan to stay overnight ranging from private rooms to dormitory type of rooms. A restaurant and a coffee shop is one of their facilities.

There are also indoor and outdoor hot springs available and massage spa.

They have the kiddie pool which I think is only 2 feet, the adult pool and the lap pool. Strictly no diving at any pool. Lifeguards are available through out the pool area. You could bring your own food but no eating within the pool area.

this resorts sucks! promise! the place is nice. very refreshing. clean. but, it is 30 minutes drive from Baguio proper.(from session road) there is no traffic going there so think about how far is the place. it is part of Benguet and the most of the taxi's don't want to be metered, 500 pesos is only one way. you must tell your driver to wait for you or come back because no available transportation going back to Baguio. based on my experience last February 04, 2012 with my husband and our 2 year old son, we expected to feel the real hot spring since we spent high transportation fee and long travel, and the name is Palm grove hot spring. but, why is it called hot spring? pools are not even warm! it's cold! the children's pool is just the only pool which have a HEATER! take note, heater! not natural hot spring. so don't ever bother to go there ever! we were very disappointed. waste of time and money! we went there after having lunch at session road STAR CAFE! VERY YUMMY! we arrived in palm grove at 2:30 in the afternoon, disappointed that the pool is just until 5 o'clock. the staff told us that only the pool, we can still use the shower until. but, my husband and son take shower at almost 5 o'clock, to be disappointed again because they're still in the shower but staffs already turn it off!!!!!!!!!!!! they ended up finishing there shower with the shampoo and soap on there body!!!!!! plus, our things is beside the kiddie pool, we're still fixing our things, and my little boy is hungry so he eat and have some milk from his feeding bottle. staffs already put there cleaning materials near us. as if they already wanted us to go! and I caught them trowing us there angry look! and saying something. as Bisaya I understand some of there words! negative words for us! so I look at them too and carry my eating baby, went straight out! leaving my husband there trying to carry all our things! they didn't even bother to help him! what a fucking experiencing! we haven't even heard a thank you! very disappointing experiencing! better go to Laguna! it's warm, unlike the cold water of palm grove!

sorry to read about your experience, maybe they have to do something with their management and train their staff about good customer service, they might lost customers due to bad customer service and mismanagement... there's really a hot spring there, I've been there before the Palm Grove Hot Springs & Mountain Resort exist...

our taxi driver also informed us about that, that before there's really a hot spring.. but never mind.. very disappointing tlaga..

Maganda naman po sa palm grove. Ive been there several times and yes, its benguet and not baguio. Maybe nxt tym or for ur nxt travel its better if u have enough info about the place so u would know how to plan better. Most pools po sa area na un naglilinis na ng mga 5pm whether my mga tao pa or wala. :)
