Loboc River Cruise, Bohol

The Loboc River is one of the tourist attractions in Bohol, although the place was made famous by the Loboc Children's Choir who won several awards from local and international musical competitions.
You could also see here the controversial bridge which was useless because in order to finish the said bridge they have to relocate the Loboc Church, which was built since 1638. The bridge was planned so that they could replace the one way bridge which urgently needs to be replaced but the "new" bridge was no where to go. The local government is planning to use the bridge as a commercial place so that the money used in making the bridge will not be wasted even though it was.
Supporting the tourism industry of the Bohol, which was the 3rd source of livelihood besides from fishing and agriculture, the government built a tourist centre and a dock for the floating restaurants.
The tourist centre is a fully air-conditioned room where you could wait if the dock is already full. You could also watch your favourite TV shows because they also have a cabled 39" LCD TV mounted on the wall.
There are I think 10 or less floating restaurants to choose from and they are offering Filipino cuisine and fruits.
It is an all-you-can-eat type of restaurant, which includes one serving of the drink of your choice. The price would range from Php 350 to Php 400, depending on which floating restaurant you would select.
While you dine, there would be some locals who would serenade you and at the end would ask for some donations. There are also other locals who would serenade you at the stop over point of the cruise showcasing the region's folk songs.

The turning point would be the Busay falls because that part of the river would be narrower, which the floating restaurant can't pass through.

Cruising at the Loboc River would take you almost 2 hours and the peek hours would be lunch time but they also do offer dinner cruise at night over viewing the well-lit bridge. c",)
