Sisig Hooray!

If you are in a budget for your meal or want to eat like you are in a drinking session, you might like to try Sisig Hooray! When I first saw this stall in SM Makati, it was flocked by customers and the queue was long. One weekday, I had the opportunity to try their sisig.

Their stall is near food court's escaltors. You can see the sisig ingredients from the glass window, as per their slogan says that your sisig is freshly made. After picking which kind of sisig you want they'll toss the ingredients and weight it then heat it in a microwave. Sounds fresh?

Their main dish is of course the famous pork sisig (PHP 65) but you could choose either a beef (PHP 65), bangus (PHP 75), chicken (PHP 65) or squid sisig. Each meal comes with a "free" rice. If you are many, you may try the big servings that is good for sharing. For the taste, nothing special but who cares it's a budget meal. c",)
