Alban's Grill House, Dampa, Parañaque

I used to eat here at Dampa since I was a little boy together with my family and relatives. It didn't change what it looks like but almost all the restaurants here are already air conditioned.

There are several Dampa places in the Metro which appeared like mushrooms because of the market, affordability and the thrill of buying the raw food in the market then be cooked right away but of course the original is still the best.

Although I frequently visited this place during family gatherings, I haven't tried Alban's Grill House which is located just at the left side of the entrance arch. My uncle said that they could cook your food deliciously specifically their tempura, so we tried it and see it for ourselves.

The restaurants are full of customers during weekends specifically during lunch time and during dinner time. Although we didn't bought the raw meat and seafoods at their own market, they could still cook whatever you brought outside their market.

Here is their famous Tempura. It was like they are cooked in a fine dining restaurant. It is very satisfying for your taste buds. The only downside of it is that they don't have a tempura sauce to make it a perfect pair.

Their Sinigang sa Misu was also great! It was like home cooked only better.

These oysters was bought in their market which is abundant because Parañaque is near Cavite, where oysters are bred and harvested for consumption.

Beside from the Tempura, they could cook your shrimps with garlic and butter and many more.
