It is located at the town of Pili Pili, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. I think it is the only sandy place located in Pinamalayan since the other coastlines was already composed of rocks. It was like a hidden beach place because the main road leading to it was above the beach proper, making you to go down the slope to see the beach.
It started as a private family resort but due to the demand of the local and foreign tourist, it was made open to the public because of it's white sand.
The place was still in renovation when we went there. The swimming pool was in progress that time. The restaurant is located at the front of the parking area followed by the swimming pool. The cottages are located at the right side and the pathway to the beach is located at the left.
There is an entrance fee: PHP 40 for adult and PHP 20 for children. The resort has twelve (12) rooms for guests. Electric fan rooms costs PHP 1,200 per room and air-con rooms costs PHP 1,500 for a family of 5, which consists of two(2) adults and children. An additional fee of PHP 250 per excess of adult. Swimming pool rates are PHP 100 for adult and PHP 50 for children.
There are also nipa huts that you could rent for PHP 500, which is good for 10 persons.
The rent for the concrete tables costs PHP 250 for 10 persons. But you can use the other tables if there are no other people around.
The place is very beautiful but you should be careful when swimming here specifically the areas covered with sea weeds because there are hidden sea urchins. There are also a lot of starfish within the area. Also be careful with the barb wires which fences the resort from the outsiders at the beach area.
