Arabela (Camello's Bakehaus and Coffee Shop)

My manager was raving about this restaurant in Liliw, Laguna, which serves great and delicious food with value for your money. As for me, I've never been to Liliw, I only heard this place from my classmate during college who sells slippers coming from this place. Unike Marikina, that specializes shoes, Liliw specializes mainly on slippers but already making and selling shoes too.

Too bad, Liliw is mainly a haven for the female species because almost all of the stores from the parallel streets here sells only female shoes, sandals and slippers. Oh well let's just go back to Arabela, where people flock because of its mouthwatering dishes.

The restaurant was located just below the owner's vintage house making the height of the ceiling, tables and chairs limited. They don't allow reservations but follow a rule of a first come, first serve basis.

The restaurant was jam-packed around 5pm when we arrived so we just ordered ahead of time and asked the staff to just text us if there were already a vacancy. This was the scene at 6pm, no one around but only us.

Here's a glimpse of their drooling menu from appetizers, meat, fish, pizza, pasta and drinks! There were really a lot of variety to choose from.

And don't forget to make some room for their desserts.

They even offer a variety of brownies and pastries. Sweet!

I got this, their best seller drink, the Celery Shake. Recommended by their staff but I was hesitating at first because I had never tried a shake made from a vegetable but their friendly staff gave me a hint to what to expect and why is it their best seller, and it didn't failed me. It was a fantastic drink!

Tall glass for Chocolate and Mango Shakes!

Seafood Marinara

Seafood Puttanesca

Both the Seafood Marinara and the Seafood Puttanesca had its big chuck of seafood on it. The only difference was the sauce but whatever the sauce is, it's still the best when it comes to its taste!

Here's their own version of Seafood Salad, so fresh, green and so delightful!

Grilled Steak, I haven't tasted this though but the person who ate this had 2 more orders of extra rice. What a big appetite!

T-bone Steak, not that rubbery to chew but heavy on the tummy.

Kesong Puti Pizza, something unusual flavor but I wish that the kesong puti was the one dominating in its toppings.

Almost all of the condiments were imported except for the liquid seasoning from Knorr.

I was supposed to try the Strawberry Blueberry Cheesecake but it wasn't available at that time so I ended up having the Chocochip Cheesecake instead. Good presentation eh?

Caramel Cheesecake, I liked the taste of this than what I ordered but in the end I'm the one who consumed it after all. Win win!

The restaurant look from the inside was kinda semi-vintage with their memorabilia and chairs like Batibot.

Want to know how the owners got their menu for Arabela? The couple often goes to the USA and what everything nice that they eat there, they try to put it on their menu. The chef was the guy owner's sister in law. Their ingredients for their menu were bought from imported shops which sells American brands like S&R but nonetheless their price was less cheaper than Italianni's.

Their restaurant was really worth a visit not just once but for sure for a lifetime!
