Meralco: Liwanag Park

I was invited by my Uncle to go with them at the Robinson's Galleria to stroll or might go shopping for cheaper finds because they told me that Robinson's specially the department store could really offer a cheaper price than SM Department Store. After a half day stroll and a little shopping, we passed by the Meralco compound and saw this brightly lit building and everything inside was really bright. Since we were already near the vicinity, my Uncle decided to drop by and see the place since it was free for the public.

Meralco really brightened up the facade of their building and they are really putting more effort on repairing some lights that weren't working. The place was really magical!

If you are only commuting in going here, you may enter the pedestrian walkway which ceiling is filled with LED Christmas lights in blue and orange color. Nice huh?

Every tree, shrubs and post within the Meralco compound was overloaded by LED Christmas lights. People were also queuing for a free ride on Meralco's electric-powered mini shuttle bus, which will tour you around the compound. They even had a Transformers-like decoration that is made from a Meralco pickup car.

This Belen was made from recycled copper wires and was really gigantic in size as well as the three wise men, too bad the grass was to muddy because of the unpredictable rain.

There was also a train at the other side of the Belen, which everyone could ride and experience it but sad to say 10PM came and all of the lights were shut down. They also have some bazaar stalls at the side.

We even went inside the lobby, whereas they had a real Christmas tree. I was really amazed on how big their building and compound was. It was really spacious like the Malacanang Palace. My Aunt also told me that they do take care of some big fish at their pond and it was really a big fish! c",)
