Cailler: Frigor Noir

Karlo gave me this chocolate bar from Switzerland since her mom is working there. It was like a magnet to me because it was a dark chocolate. It was just not an ordinary dark chocolate but it has a delicate almond and hazelnut cream filling.

Mine Shine Milk Tea

One day, I dropped by 711 near our place and check some of the beverages that the store sells. I tried this Mine Shine Milk Tea since I was a fan of drinking milk tea since it was introduced by Chowking and Lipton.

Pixy Stix

During my preschool and grade school days, I used to buy this stuff from the school canteen. And after almost 20 years of not seeing it again, I came across Candy Corner and found it again. I didn't hesitate to buy two of my favorite flavors which is the Grapes (purple) and the Cherry (red). There are other flavors like Maui Punch (blue) and Orange (orange).

Revisiting Manila

It's a great feeling to be in a place that we called our home and reminisce the things that had happened to this place. Going back to the memory lane, exchanging facts, events and even knowing some forbidden facts about a certain place.

Rizal Park

I can't remember when was the last time I visited the Rizal Park. All I could remember was that, it was dull to look at but still some people would come to spend quality time with the family there.

Astoria Plaza

I thought Astoria Plaza was just an ordinary hotel but I was shocked that it was a residential suite like the Oakwood, the one that was made famous because of the mutiny.

It is situated near the Shangri-la Mall but you have to walk at least a few meters from the mall. There are also other buildings there but there are no other stores or restaurants nearby except for Ministop and Red Ribbon.

I'm lucky to have stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Their room rates ranges from PHP 4,000++ to PHP 6,000++ per night.

The Malacañang Museum

When I was in grade school, one of the itinerary of our field trip was the Malacañang Palace but it was cancelled at the last minute. I thought it was forbidden to visit the palace without any official purpose. But did you know that you could visit the historical Malacañang Palace on your own? Yes you can and but you have to schedule your visit at least 7 days before the intended date of visit.
