Cailler: Frigor Noir

Karlo gave me this chocolate bar from Switzerland since her mom is working there. It was like a magnet to me because it was a dark chocolate. It was just not an ordinary dark chocolate but it has a delicate almond and hazelnut cream filling.


The chocolate was named after François-Louis Cailler, who was the first Swiss producer of chocolate since 1819 and later on acquired by Nestlé. There are 549 calories in the Cailler Frigor Noir. It is made up of 46% of cocoa.

This is definitely yummy because it was not so sweet than I thought...c",)
