KidZania in Manila!

(Photo from princesskawaii54.blogspot.com)

KidZania, according to its website, "is the first international 'edutainment' theme park, designed as a real city to provide the ultimate role playing opportunity for kids 3-14 years old." It's brief explanation itself will definitely provide an awesome experience for you child (how I wish it is also open for the kids at heart). It originated in Mexico and is vastly expanding in the coming years, from its current 13 theme parks from different cities and countries, they are planning to build 11 more in the next 3 years including the Philippines this 2014!

This is made possible thru a partnership between ABS-CBN Theme Parks and Resort Holdings Inc (yes you read it right) and Kids Edutainment Ltd BVI. Possibilities of business tie-ups from branded firms are also open so you child might be working as a crew in McDonald's, a teller of BDO, a pilot of Philippine Airlines or a consultant of an Ayala company, various jobs and positions are there for them to be part of.

Here's the preview on what they are be doing inside:

Here, they could experience what the adult world are doing and could prepare them what's waiting for them in reality. They could also earn kidZos, which is the currency being played in KidZania for every work they will be doing and could be used to buy things and services within KidZania, just like in the real world outside. The experience is introduced by opening a debit card that could be used inside as a primary source of fund that could be used in transacting on an internal bank, buy products and pay for services rendered. How cool is that?

Back in the old days, I used to play at Kids at Work in Megamall, which has a sort of the same concept only this one is greater, better and its like the real thing with all the paraphernalia included in the role play.

They will be located at Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in The Fort, Taguig City along 32nd Street and 11th Avenue beside Serendra. The initial planned location was on the PAGCOR's Entertainment City in Paranaque City but was later moved in Taguig City.

I wish adults could play (enter) too! Can't wait for opening of this! c",)

For business inquries, you may email them on play@kidzania.com.ph or call them at (+632) 551-2395.
