Bag of Beans, Tagaytay

Holy week it was and Visita Iglesia was a tradition, my friends and I decided to have our Visita Iglesia in Tagaytay. And because of our long journey going to Tagaytay because we got lost and waited for the more than 1 hour traffic along the national road, we ended up finding a place to have our dinner. We all agreed to eat at Bag of Beans.

We would like to eat at the garden but due to so many people flocking the place, we end up eating at the balcony right beside their bakery.

Boneless Bangus (Php 195)

I ordered Boneless Bangus and a bottomless Kapeng Barako. The food was really great and the servings was really big but the service was really a turn off because our food was served for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes after we ordered especially mine. The server said that they almost forgot our order to be served and that I have to follow it up several times. =(

Vegetarian Pie (Php 390)

We are supposed to get their Shepherd's Pie  but it was already out of stock that time and since it was Holy Week, we chose to get this Vegetarian Pie. It tasted like it was never a vegetable pie but a real pie with meat on eat but still it tasted great.

They have more food viands from their menu to choose from. I would definitely be back if I would have the chance but hopefully their service would improve and wish that their staff would be more competent. The place and ambiance was really awesome but the service was not. c",)
