After the success of The Amazing Race Asia Seasons 1 to 3, this year Season 4 is set to be telecast on its original network AXN starting this Thursday, 2nd of September 9pm (SG/PH/MY/IND) 10pm (HK) 11pm (TW/KR). Participants are again given a chance of a life time to travel to some parts of the world through this race. The winning team will received USD 100,000. This season's race was dubbed as "The ride of a Lifetime".
In Season 1, groups are composed of teams from Sri Lanka (1), Thailand (1), Singapore (1), Philippines (2), Hongkong (1), Malayasia (2), Indonesia (1) and India (1), in which the co-workers from Malaysia won.
In Season 2, groups are composed of teams from Thailand (1), Singapore (1), Philippines (2), Hongkong (2), Malaysia (2), Indonesia (1) and first team to represent Japan (1), in which the gym buddies from Singapore won.
In Season 3, groups are composed of teams from Thailand (2), Singapore (1), Philippines (1), Hongkong (1), Malayasia (2), comeback of India (2) and first team to represent South Korea (1), in which the best buddies from Hong Kong won.
For this 4th Season, here are the 10 teams: India (2), Philippines (2), Malaysia (2), Indonesia (2), Hong Kong (1) and Singapore (1).

This season, its the first time that Thailand is not included in the race and there's no comeback yet for Sri Lanka, Japan and South Korea. I wonder why other Asian countries like Brunei, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Taiwan are not included.
