Soderno at Molito

Been telling my friends about Soderno since last week of October but it just opened last November 19, 2011. I really don't know when will I come to Soderno to experience it because we rarely go to Alabang, which we really think is farther than Makati or Taguig but this time to try something new, my friend drag me to go out on a Saturday night and suggested that we try Soderno.

Since Soderno's organizers were the same with Mercato. The concept still remains the same, the only difference was they already included some other merchandise aside from food. They already had some retail stalls for clothes, arts and crafts which is located inside the carpeted air-conditioned tent.

Some of the usual sellers in Mercato were present here like the one that sells limited squid ink Paella,  Mannang's Chicken and the grilled street foods. But there were also stalls, which could only be found here like the Balai's Vietnemese Spring Rolls, the one that sells fried Oreo's and the Greek stall which I forgot the name.

I only got this one from that Greek stall that I forgot the name, this one is a Moussaka (PhP 150). I also bought some home made freshly squeezed lemonade with basil leaf since I was really coughing heavily that night.

Good thing the organizers opened a branch at the south of the metro to decongest the people going to Mercato since their common problem was the lack of dining space for their customers. I also wanted to go to Distrito, which is located at the parking lot of Makati Medical Center but they are only open during weekdays. c",)
