Dad's is famous because of their eat-all-you-can buffet promo ranging from lunch, snacks (merienda) and dinner. I remember those times that their initial offering for merienda buffet was only PHP 85, drinks not included but now it was already PHP 171, now includes a bottomless drinks. You could choose iced tea, coke or sprite. It is only good between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
I think they already include the drinks because most of the people eating there would rather drink the house water the restaurant gives instead of having an expensive drink.
You could only get food from the side buffet table. They serve rice porridge (lugaw), fried spring rolls (lumpia), lomi (noodles), tofu (tokwa), fried sweet potatoes (kamote), siomai, siopao, puto bong bong, , beef noodle soup, pansit, carbonara, dinuguan, puto, maja blanca, ginataan, and ube balls. I'm not sure if I still missed something in their menu.
They still serve those wet towelettes and charge you with PHP 4.00 each so better use them.c",)
