Baileys Irish Cream is an Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur, made by Gilbeys of Ireland. The trademark is currently owned by Diageo. It has a declared alcohol content of 17% alcohol by volume.

It taste like a chocolate drink plus an alcohol. If you compare it with Tequila Rose, this one has more alcohol content, which the Tequila Rose only have 15% alcohol by volume. I wonder if it is the same taste with Tequila Rose's Cocoa Cream.

You could also use this to add some flavour to your desserts or to your favourite beverage. Actually, they also have other flavours like the Mint Chocolate and the Creme Caramel.
