The Amazing Race Asia 4: Racers Revealed
McDonald's: Royal Freeze
I haven't been out lately. Had a chance and sneaked in one of McDonald's in the south on the wee hours of the day. Found out that the menu prices were up from what I've seen before and they have new McFlurry flavors, which is the blueberry and raspberry. I had tried frozen Coke before but now thay have this Royal Freeze, nothing special but it could really make your brain freeze! c",)
Wai Ying: Roasted Duck Rice
This is my 3rd time in Wai Ying so I've decided to try other foods here besides the usual congee, radish cake and noodles. I was curious to try this Roasted Duck since duck is not a usual staple food in the Philippines except the 'balut', which is the boiled fertilized egg of a duck, so I tried it.
It was tender than chicken but it was 'malansa' (stench, is this right?) than chicken but it was juicy though. Now, I know how it taste like, maybe I would try another specialty.. c",)
Sebastian's Ice Cream Studio
I had tried Sebastian's Ice Cream before at their Podium branch and tried their Choco Chip Cookie Dough and it was really good because there are chunks of cookie and the dough. I was intrigued again to try their Fro-Ya, which is short for Frozen Yakult. Since I was a child I already drink Yakult but haven't tried it frozen because I believed that it would kill the live lacto bacilli. Haha!
Subway: Sub of the Day!
Subway was introduced to me by my father when I was a child back then. I remember we used to eat at their Glorietta 2 branch before the explosion happened there. But even after the explosion, their Glorietta branch was relocated at the Glorietta 3. I've also tried their other branches like in Blue Wave, Macapagal and SM Mall of Asia.
