Marie Digby Live in Manila!

Marie Digby was famous for her song "Say It Again," which was heard in one of the episodes of Smallville and her cover version of Rihanna's "Umbrella". She was also a YouTube sensation where she sang cover songs from Linkin Park, Rihanna, Maroon 5, etc.

I used to eat here at Dampa since I was a little boy together with my family and relatives. It didn't change what it looks like but almost all the restaurants here are already air conditioned.

Tortitas Black

This was introduced to me by my brother. It was like Cream O (a local version of Oreo), but the unique feature of this biscuit is that it is just made with one chocolate biscuit and the vanilla filling is visible from the top and it also has a unique taste which is not that sweet like Oreo and Cream O. You will definitely crave for more. My brother said it will be more delicious if refrigerated.

Since Samba of Monde was available locally, the taste of it was like heaven for chocolate lovers, for people with sweet tooth and a chocolate that you will be craving for more. When I was still a kid, my parents used to eat this stuff a lot specially if our dinner is fried fish. At first I was not a fan of it since it was spicy but as I grow up I used to like the flavor it brings. Since we become health conscious as we grow old, I think we should eat these kind of stuffs because its healthy and nutritious.

After I have watched the Best Ice Creams in the United States from Discovery Travel and Living, I was on a hunt for one of the featured product of the show and that is Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. According to the people who were interviewed for the show said that this brand was one of the best among the other ice creams in the United States. I wonder what does this ice cream tastes like because of their intriguing unique flavor names like Cherry Garcia, Chubby Hubby, Chunky Monkey and many more.

Home-made Oreo Cheesecake

I just want to share this Oreo Cheesecake which was bought by my aunt for my uncle's birthday through their neighbor. This was just a home-made cheesecake but they are selling it for PHP 700. I think it is expensive because I could make two cheesecakes for PHP 600 the only difference is that my version is a no-bake cheesecake.
